User Control
We provide tools within our service to allow you to delete your data associated with Facebook. To initiate data deletion, please contact us directly at soporte@marketdynamics.online. We will process your request within 30 days, and you will be notified once the data has been deleted. You can also manage or remove our app's access to your Facebook data directly through your Facebook account settings.
Advanced option
If you wish to delete your data related to our connection with your social account, we offer the following process:
- Request Initiation: Please submit a formal data deletion request to us via www.marketdynamics.online.
- Verification: We may need to verify your identity to ensure the legitimacy of the request.
- Data Deletion: Upon successful verification, we will remove the data we have stored that is associated with your Facebook account. This includes access tokens, user IDs, any content you posted through our service.
- Completion and Notification: We will complete the deletion process within 30 days and notify you once it's done.
Please note that deleting data on our service does not delete content you may have posted on Facebook itself. You can also control and revoke our app's access to your Facebook data directly through your Facebook app settings
